**Job Title:** Customer Relationship Manager **Location:** Kochi **Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month **Experience:** Minimum 2 years **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Customer Relationship Manager** to build strong client relationships and ensure smooth coordination between our sales, project, and support teams. The role mainly focuses on supporting the rollout of **EV charging infrastructure projects** and keeping customers well informed at every stage. **Candidates with prior experience as an Academic Counselor are most welcome.** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate between Sales and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Work closely with the CRMS team for data verification, project updates, and client account support. * Communicate with customers about project timelines, payment updates, and progress. * Share real\-time updates with different departments for better coordination. * Track ongoing projects and support the CRMS team with approvals and cost validations. * Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow\-ups and support. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with different teams. * Good problem\-solving and organizational skills. * Knowledge of CRM software or project tracking tools will be an advantage. * **Experience as an Academic Counselor is a plus.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Provident Fund Work Location: In person
