Job Summary ===============
We are looking for a Claims professional to manage and process insurance claims while coordinating with customers, insurers, adjusters, and internal teams. The role involves reviewing claim documents, validating information, ensuring timely processing, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities ------------------------
- Handle end-to-end claims processing and administration.
- Review and verify claim forms, supporting documents, and policy details.
- Validate claims against policy terms, conditions, and coverage.
- Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders.
- Investigate discrepancies and obtain additional information or documentation when required.
- Process claims accurately within defined turnaround times and service-level agreements.
- Maintain accurate claim records and update systems regularly.
- Identify potential fraud, errors, or irregularities and escalate them appropriately.
- Respond to customer and stakeholder queries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates on claim status and pending cases.
- Follow internal processes, quality standards, compliance requirements, and data-protection guidelines.

Qualification -----------------
- Graduate.
- Insurance/claims-related certification or experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience ------------------------
Candidates with experience in insurance claims, claims administration, policy servicing, customer service, or back-office operations are preferred.
