Job Role: Plant Supervisor Industry: Manufacturing Location: Raipur Chhattisgarh Experience: 5 Yrs and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities at the plant.
• Handle and manage factory workers and allocate work as per production requirements.
• Monitor production targets, quality standards and workflow.
• Ensure proper handling and use of raw materials, machinery and equipment.
• Maintain discipline, safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with management regarding production status and operational issues.
• Maintain basic production, attendance and daily work records.

Requirements:

• Experience in any steel or manufacturing industry is required
• Strong knowledge of factory operations and production processes.
• Good leadership and team-handling skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage workers and ensure smooth production operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
