About the Role

Afterclap Productions is looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team in Indore. You will play a crucial role in driving our B2B growth by generating new business leads, initiating outreach, and connecting with key decision-makers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through targeted cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Prospect Engagement: Connect directly with business decision-makers, understand their requirements, and qualify prospects.

Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with active leads, nurture prospective clients, and schedule discovery meetings/calls for the core sales team.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Core Competencies: Practical knowledge of cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Mindset: Strong follow-up discipline and a resilient, target-oriented mindset.

Technical Skills (Must-Have): Hands-on experience executing Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns.

Bonus (Good-to-Have): Additional working knowledge or experience in running Meta Ads.
