**Job Description** -------------------

This position will be responsible for the delivery instruction/mentoring/consulting of employee educational services and/or technical training for neophyte LC, GC, software and basic applications in the CrossLab Education Center in Manesar\-Gurgaon. It will work with internal organizations to develop specifications, design and conduct technical training courses for CSO employees.

**Principle Duties/Responsibilities:**

Deliver assigned courses with approved material in classroom lectures, laboratory sessions and remote E\-Learning sessions.

Partnership with Product Support Teams to improve and develop material

Maintain Laboratories and Instruments in good condition. Control assets, consumables and spare parts.

Maintain expertise in assigned products

Mentor Certified Instructors in content and training delivery skills

**Qualifications** ------------------

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

4\+ years of service experience supporting scientific instruments

Has FSE training experience

Results orientation / accountability

Good communication and soft skills

Self\-motivated and has good organizational skills

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
