Core Engineering Technical On\-the\-Job Training Program We provide **core engineering technical on\-the\-job training** related to **Oil \& Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial Projects**, using various technical software and engineering tools across multiple departments, including: * Electrical Engineering (EEE) * Instrumentation Engineering (ECE) * Civil Engineering * Mechanical Engineering * Petrochemical Engineering * Computer Science * Information Technology (IT) Technical Training Includes The training program covers the following areas: * CAD 2D drafting and drawing preparation * Review and understanding of 3D modelling * Engineering calculations * Preparation and modification of engineering drawings using CAD * Building design and industrial plant design * Engineering communication * Technical document review * Practical exposure to engineering workflows related to Oil \& Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial Projects Training \& Employment Selected candidates will undergo **six months of technical training** at our Chennai office. * The training period will be **unpaid**. * Candidates will be responsible for their own **accommodation, food, and transportation expenses** during the training period. * Upon successful completion of the training, candidates may be considered for placement in our projects based on their **technical performance, discipline, and overall suitability**. * Candidates selected for project placement will be offered **entry\-level remuneration**, based on their performance and the requirements of the project.
