**Cafe Manager** **Position:** Cafe Manager **Experience:** 5–10 Years **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Location:** Malappuram, Kerala Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and customer\-focused **Cafe Manager** to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the café. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or food \& beverage operations, with strong skills in team management, customer service, inventory control, and sales. Key Responsibilities * Manage the overall day\-to\-day operations of the café. * Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction. * Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational expenses. * Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective business and team management. * Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards. * Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and procurement requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of raw materials and other supplies. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies. * Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally. * Prepare and review daily sales, stock, attendance, and operational reports. * Control food costs, wastage, and other operational expenses. * Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. * Implement promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales. * Maintain staff discipline, grooming, attendance, and productivity. * Support management in improving café profitability and operational efficiency. Requirements * 5–10 years of experience in **Café / Restaurant / QSR / Hospitality / Food \& Beverage operations**. * Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred. * Strong leadership and team\-management skills. * Good knowledge of café/restaurant operations, inventory, billing, and cash management. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to handle staff and operational issues effectively. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
