About Us
Bright Horizon Child Development Center supports children's emotional, behavioral, and developmental growth through caring, evidence\-based practice. We are looking for a compassionate psychologist to join our Jalandhar branch and help children and families thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct psychological assessments for children (developmental, cognitive, emotional, behavioral)
* Screen and support children with concerns such as autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, and developmental delays
* Plan and deliver individual counseling and therapy sessions
* Create Individualized Education/Intervention Plans (IEP) and track progress
* Guide and counsel parents and caregivers on child development and behavior management
* Work with special educators, therapists, and teachers as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Maintain accurate case records, assessment reports, and session notes
* Run parent workshops and awareness sessions
Qualifications
* Master's degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology, preferably Clinical or Child Psychology
* Or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or RCI registration is an added advantage
* 1–3 years of experience with children (freshers with strong internships may apply)
Skills
* Knowledge of standardized assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
* Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
* Patience, empathy, and strong report\-writing skills
* Ability to work well in a team and with families
