Batch Execution \& Formulation Testing * **Verifying Formulations:** Reviewing and completing batch tickets, weighing raw materials, and monitoring reactor batches (such as pH adjustments) before products leave the production line. * **Quality Assurance:** Coordinating directly with Quality Control (QC) to run qualitative/quantitative experiments ensuring the finalized batch meets ISO and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) specifications. 2\. Packaging \& Shipping Integrity * **Safe Transport Auditing:** Ensuring that outgoing palletized loads are completely secure for road or freight transport. This includes checking that liquid or powder chemical containers have appropriate, UN\-approved packaging. * **Pallet Structural Checks:** Inspecting the actual physical pallets to guarantee they are sound, properly banded, heavily stretch\-wrapped, and loaded symmetrically to avoid tipping. * **Regulatory Labeling:** Verifying that final transport labels precisely match batch numbers, quantities, manufacturing dates, hazard class warnings, and legislative requirements before forklift loading. 3\. Inventory \& Documentation Compliance * **Batch Logging:** Maintaining meticulous, error\-free logs and technical paperwork on all chemical batches, samples, and final dispatched materials. * **ERP Data Tracking:** Updating inventory data systems (like SAP QM) with raw material outcomes, packaging counts, and shipping authorizations. * **Auditing Support:** Assisting with cycle counts and physical material audits to track strict chemical accountability. 4\. Health, Safety \& Waste Management * **PPE Maintenance:** Maintaining absolute accountability for floor and lab safety by strictly wearing and enforcing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * **Waste Processing:** Conducting specialized analysis and adjustments on chemical waste streams generated from batch processes to confirm safe disposal or plant processing.
