The SAP Competence Center, part of Group IT, provides internal services to the business areas for SAP ERP\-related implementations. It brings together expertise focused on SAP ERP template build, rollout, and support activities.
**The Role**
Within the Group IT SAP Competence Center, we are looking for a Functional Analyst Testing with more than 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in an SAP ERP or related environment.
Reporting to the Solution Architect Testing, you will help translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive test coverage, reliable test execution, and clear reporting. You will join a cross\-functional team that delivers consistent end\-to\-end processes and solutions aligned with business needs. Depending on the scope and timeline, the team works independently and follows agile or project\-based ways of working.
The Functional Analyst Testing supports the Solution Architect Testing in analyzing requirements, preparing test scenarios, designing and maintaining test cases, executing manual and automated tests, managing defects, and providing clear test reporting. The role works closely with functional consultants, business users, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage and successful delivery across SAP landscapes.
You will report to the Solution Architect Testing and contribute to a testing community where functional analysts, solution architects, and project teams share best practices in line with the overall competence strategy.

**To succeed, you will need** -----------------------------
**Experience and Knowledge**
The ideal candidate has more than 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably within SAP ERP environments. Strong hands\-on experience in manual testing of SAP GUI and SAP Fiori applications is required. A solid functional understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Service Management (CS) is essential.
Experience with Tosca test automation, including test design, execution, maintenance, and CI/CD integration, is required. Hands\-on experience with Jira and Xray for test management, defect tracking, reporting, and follow\-up is expected.
The candidate should have proven experience in test execution, regression testing, and defect management across SAP landscapes. Experience collaborating with functional consultants, business users, developers, and testing stakeholders is essential.
Experience supporting release cycles, test automation adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives will be considered an advantage.
**Educational Requirements**
A university degree, or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant experience, is required.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Relevant specialist training or certifications in testing tools, SAP, or related areas will be an advantage.
**Personal Profile**
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys analyzing requirements, identifying testing needs, executing tests, and following up on defects in a structured manner. You communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders and can clearly explain findings, risks, and recommendations.
You are analytical, organized, quality\-focused, and capable of managing stakeholders effectively. You can work under the guidance of the Solution Architect Testing while taking ownership of assigned testing activities.
