About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible, energetic and result-oriented professional who can work as the Right Hand to the Founder/Owner and help manage the overall business operations.

This is a high-responsibility leadership role for someone who wants to work closely with the Founder, understand the complete business and take responsibility for Sales, Service, Marketing, Team Management and Daily Operations.

You will act as a bridge between the Founder and the entire team and ensure that work is completed on time and business targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder/Owner on daily business activities.
• Manage and coordinate the Sales, Service and Marketing teams.
• Monitor team performance, targets, attendance and daily work.
• Ensure proper execution of company SOPs and processes.
• Track leads, sales, client work and service delivery.
• Coordinate between different departments and resolve operational issues.
• Follow up with team members for pending work and deadlines.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for the Founder.
• Help the Founder implement new strategies, systems and business plans.
• Identify operational problems and take corrective action.
• Maintain discipline and accountability across the team.
• Support recruitment, training and performance management.
• Handle important tasks and projects assigned directly by the Founder.
• Take ownership of business operations when the Founder is occupied with high-level work.

• Prior experience in operations, sales, management, business development or administration will be an advantage.

This is not a routine office job.

The selected candidate will be expected to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day operations, manage people, follow up on targets and ensure that Sales, Service and Marketing functions are working properly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹279,000.00 per month
