**AVM Labs** is looking for dedicated and compassionate **Blood Collection Technicians (BCTs)** to join our team. We welcome both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. Job Responsibilities * Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection according to standard operating procedures. * Identify patients correctly and verify test requisitions before sample collection. * Properly label, document, handle, store, and transport blood samples. * Follow infection prevention, laboratory safety, and biomedical waste management protocols. * Maintain accurate patient and sample collection records. * Ensure patient comfort and provide professional assistance during the collection process. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the collection area and equipment. * Coordinate with laboratory and customer support teams for smooth operations. * Follow company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines. Educational Qualification * DMLT * B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) * Allied Health Science graduates Experience * Freshers are welcome. * Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply. * Experienced phlebotomists are preferred. Required Skills * Good venipuncture and blood collection skills. * Knowledge of infection control and laboratory safety. * Good patient\-handling and communication skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Basic computer knowledge. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Professional appearance and customer\-focused attitude. * Willingness to travel, if required.
