What You'll Do

• Handle customer and workshop requirements for genuine Hyundai parts.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right parts.
• Assist with parts enquiries, quotations, billing, and sales.
• Coordinate with the service and workshop teams for timely parts availability.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and business clients.
• Follow up on enquiries and support sales growth.
• Maintain accurate parts and inventory records.
• Work toward assigned sales and customer-service targets.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
