Your Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers for genuine Hyundai parts and MOBIS products.
• Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
• Generate leads and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Inform customers about relevant products, offers, and services.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups through calls and messages.
• Coordinate with the MOBIS/Parts and Sales teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and follow-up status.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience on every call.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle calls and follow-ups efficiently.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Candidates with experience in telecalling, automobile sales, spare parts, customer service, or lead generation will have an added advantage.
