**About the role**

CADD Centre Chhattarpur is looking for a trainer to deliver practical software training in civil engineering, architecture and design. You will help students build technical skills, complete projects and prepare for employment.

**Key responsibilities**

• Deliver practical classes and software demonstrations.
• Guide students through drafting, modelling and visualisation projects.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching to different learning needs and skill levels.
• Support students in developing portfolios and job readiness.

**Skills and requirements**

We welcome candidates proficient in a combination of the following software

• AutoCAD
• Revit Architecture and Structure
• 3ds Max
• SketchUp
• Photoshop
• Lumion

Candidates should have a relevant qualification in civil engineering, architecture, interior design or a related discipline, strong technical fundamentals, clear communication skills and an interest in helping students learn. Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.

**Train\-the\-Trainer support available:** Candidates with strong software skills who are interested in becoming trainers are encouraged to apply. Our Train\-the\-Trainer model provides support to develop teaching, classroom delivery and student engagement skills.
