Job Description – OpManager Tools Admin L2 Key Responsibilities \& Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Networking Fundamentals, including:

o Switches, Routers, and Firewalls. o Basic networking concepts, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.

• Hands\-on experience with ManageEngine OpManager monitoring tool.
• Good understanding of OpManager features, including:

o Network Path Analysis (NPA). o DHCP Scope Monitoring. o WAN Link Monitoring. o Device Backup and Configuration Management.

• Knowledge of the Network Device Onboarding Process in OpManager, including device discovery, configuration, and monitoring.
• Ability to monitor network devices, identify alerts, and troubleshoot basic network issues.
• Understanding of network performance monitoring, device availability, and uptime.
• Experience in handling monitoring alerts, event management, and escalation processes.
• Should be able to independently manage day\-to\-day OpManager monitoring activities.
