Position: Senior Academic Counsellor Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling leads, converting enquiries into admissions, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs.
• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
• Handle student and parent queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth admissions.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

Requirements

• 6 Months – 3 Years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in the Education/EdTech sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, convincing, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented with a focus on lead conversion.
• Ability to manage multiple leads effectively.

• Candidates from Kochi and nearby locations can apply.
• Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate to Kochi are also welcome.

Salary

As per experience and skill set + performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
