The Analyst will gain broad exposure across the full credit lifecycle, covering Construction Financing, Guarantor Analysis, and Permanent Financing. **Analyst Role and Responsibilities:** * Work proactively with the Underwriting team/ Asset Manager to ensure timely information flow/ communications among all internal stakeholders * Review property\-level financials (operating statements, rent rolls, NOI) and borrower/guarantor financial statements including REO exposure, to identify deteriorating trends and support portfolio reviews. * Oversee and re
