We are looking for a passionate **AI / Generative AI Trainer** who can teach students through practical, project\-based learning.

Role Summary

The trainer will deliver AI, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG, and AI Agent training programs for college students and working professionals.

The ideal candidate should be able to explain complex AI concepts simply, conduct live coding sessions, guide students through projects, and help learners build working AI applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining \& Teaching

• Deliver classroom and online training sessions.
• Teach AI and technology concepts using practical examples.
• Conduct live coding and hands\-on laboratory sessions.
• Prepare training materials, exercises, assignments, quizzes, and project guidelines.
• Adapt training content according to student skill levels.
• Conduct workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and technical sessions.

Preferred Candidate ProfileMust Have

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Good understanding of AI/ML fundamentals.
• Practical experience with Generative AI.
• Experience building at least a few AI applications/projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct live coding sessions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners.
• Willingness to travel to colleges when required.

• Experience with RAG applications.
• Experience with vector databases.

Educational Qualification

Preferred

• B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / MSc Computer Science / Data Science / AI/ML or related discipline.

Relevant industry experience and strong project portfolios may be considered in place of a specific qualification.

Experience

**Preferred:** 2–5\+ years of relevant industry/training experience.

Fresh candidates with exceptional AI project portfolios and strong communication skills may also be considered for junior trainer positions.

Important: Hands\-on Requirement

This is **not a theory\-only training role**.

Candidates should be comfortable demonstrating and building applications during training.

Sample Practical Assessment

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to conduct a 20–30 minute demo session on one of the following:
