Cafe Supervisor Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full\-time Experience: 4\-5Years Industry: Food \& Beverage / Hospitality Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and customer\-focused Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication, and hands\-on experience in cafe or restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities \* Supervise daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service. \* Lead, guide, and coordinate the cafe team during shifts. \* Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest queries or complaints professionally. \* Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards. \* Manage opening and closing procedures. \* Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage. \* Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service teams for efficient operations. \* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained. \* Handle billing and cash management when required. \* Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance. \* Support staff training and ensure SOPs are followed. \* Assist the Cafe Manager/Outlet Manager with daily reports and operational requirements. Requirements \* 1–3 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality operations. \* Previous supervisory or team\-handling experience preferred. \* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \* Good knowledge of F\&B service and cafe operations. \* Ability to handle customers and resolve operational issues effectively. \* Good organizational and multitasking skills. \* Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment. \* Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
