ITDaksh Education is looking for a confident and enthusiastic **Counsellor** to join our team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and working professionals about suitable IT training programs based on their educational background, career goals, skills, and interests. The role involves handling enquiries, understanding learner requirements, explaining course details, following up with leads, and helping prospective students make informed decisions about their training and career development. Key Responsibilities * Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk ins, and other communication channels * Understand students' career goals, educational background, and learning requirements * Explain ITDaksh courses, training methodology, curriculum, projects, and career support * Recommend suitable courses based on the candidate's requirements * Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication * Maintain accurate lead and counselling records * Convert qualified enquiries into admissions through effective counselling * Address questions related to course duration, fees, batches, and training process * Coordinate with the training and admissions team when required * Maintain a professional relationship with students throughout the admission process Required Skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Good convincing and counselling abilities * Strong follow up and lead management skills * Confident and professional communication over phone and in person * Basic understanding of IT courses and career opportunities * Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable options * Target oriented and self motivated approach * Previous experience in education counselling, telecalling, sales, or training institute counselling will be an advantage Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
