The role involves regular customer visits and fieldwork. **Key Responsibilities** Visit customers and potential customers in the assigned area. Identify and acquire new customers for business loans. Explain loan products, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers. Collect and verify required customer documents. Process and follow up on loan applications. Maintain good relationships with customers. Achieve assigned business and collection targets. Conduct regular field visits and customer follow\-ups. Coordinate with the branch team for smooth loan processing. Submit daily/weekly field activity reports. Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. **Eligibility** Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Any Degree Age: 20–32 years Gender: Male / Female Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and customer\-handling skills. Willingness to work in the field.
