We are looking for a self \- motivated and goal \- oriented candidate in the Coimbatore location with 1 \- 2 years of experience in the field sales, MFI and NBFC’s. Key responsibilities : * Generate insurance leads through field visits, individual customers, self\-help groups, referrals, and local market activities. * Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. * Explain insurance products, benefits, coverage, premiums, and policy terms clearly to the customers. * Regularly visit customers to generate a network and convert business. * Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales. * Report directly to the assigned reporting Manager and follow daily instructions and targets. * Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and proper conduct during customer and office interactions. Eligibility: * Minimum 12th / Any Degree / Diploma * Fresher’s and experienced candidates can apply. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel within the assigned area. * Candidates with field sales, marketing, banking, NBFC, or insurance experience will have an advantage.
