This is a **field\-based role** involving door\-to\-door visits, meeting parents, promoting the school, generating admission enquiries, and converting enquiries into successful admissions. The ideal candidate should be **confident, energetic, good at communication, and comfortable with outdoor field work and admission targets**. Key Responsibilities * Conduct **door\-to\-door visits and field visits** to create awareness about school admissions. * Meet prospective parents and explain the school's **CBSE curriculum, academic programs, facilities, and admission process**. * Generate new admission enquiries through field visits and local promotional activities. * Follow up with parents through phone calls and personal visits. * Build and maintain good relationships with prospective parents. * Convert admission enquiries into successful student admissions. * Participate in school admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities. * Maintain daily records of field visits, enquiries, follow\-ups, and admissions. * Achieve assigned monthly admission targets. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in **Business Development, Field Sales, Direct Sales, Education Sales, School Admissions, or Admission Counselling** will be an advantage. * **Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.** * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Must be comfortable with **door\-to\-door visits and outdoor field work**. * Good Tamil communication skills. * Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage. * Confident, self\-motivated, and target\-oriented. * Willing to travel within **Coimbatore** for field activities. * Ability to interact professionally with parents and prospective families.
