Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and concept\-based lectures according to the prescribed syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, study material, worksheets, DPPs, MCQs, and practice questions.
• Focus on concept clarity, problem\-solving skills, and examination preparation.
• Prepare students for Board Exams, NEET, JEE, MH\-CET, and Foundation\-level examinations, as applicable.
• Conduct regular tests, assessments, viva, and doubt\-solving sessions.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide individual guidance wherever required.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, interactive classroom environment.
• Stay updated with the latest syllabus, examination patterns, and teaching methodologies.
• Coordinate with the academic team regarding student performance and academic planning.
• Participate in PTMs, academic meetings, seminars, and other institute activities when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Prior teaching/coaching experience is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.
• Good classroom management and student\-handling skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Candidates with NEET/JEE/Board teaching experience will be preferred for relevant subjects.
