***Research Associate(Atmospheric)***
Essential:
Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science / Meteorology / Climate Science / Climate Dynamics;
OR
M.E./M.Tech. in Atmospheric Science / Meteorology / Climate Science or related fields, with three years of research, experience (see General Condition 6\) after the M.E./M.Tech. degree, and at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI/SCIE) journal.
Desirable:
Proficiency in climate data operators (CDO, NCO) and scripting languages (Python, R, or MATLAB) for handling multi\-dimensional NetCDF/GRIB datasets.
Proven experience in regional climate modelling using the WRF model in Linux/HPC environments.
Expertise in handling, preprocessing, and downscaling CMIP6 GCM outputs and Reanalysis data.
Familiarity with regional climate dynamics and monsoon processes is highly advantageous.

***Research Associate(Hydraulics)***
Essential:
Ph.D. in Water Resources Engineering / Hydraulic Engineering / Hydrology / Remote Sensing or related fields;
OR
M.E./M.Tech. in Water Resources Engineering / Hydrology / Hydraulic Engineering or related fields, with three years of research experience (see General Condition 6\) after the M.E./M.Tech. degree, and at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI/SCIE) journal.
Desirable:
Experience in development, calibration, and validation of HEC\-RAS 1D/2D hydraulic models for river flood simulation, flood inundation mapping, and flood hazard assessment.
Proficiency in QGIS/ArcGIS, HEC\-HMS, DEM processing, hydro\-meteorological data analysis, and programming using MATLAB/Python.
**RA03(1 Post)**
***Research Associate(Climate Extremes, Drought \& Heatwaves)***
Essential:
Ph.D. in Water Resources Engineering / Hydrology / Geoinformatics / Remote Sensing or related fields;
OR
M.E./M.Tech. in Water Resources / Hydrology / Geoinformatics / Remote Sensing or related fields, with three years of research experience (see General Condition 6\) after the M.E./M.Tech. degree, and at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI/SCIE) journal.
Desirable:
Experience in climate extremes, drought, heatwave, and hydroclimatic risk assessment.
Proficiency in handling and analysing large climate and geospatial datasets (e.g., IMD, ERA5, CMIP6, satellite observations).
Experience with GIS and remote sensing software (ArcGIS/QGIS, Google Earth Engine) and programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.

***Research Associate(Vulnerability and Risk Assessment)***
Essential:
Ph.D. in Geoinformatics / Remote Sensing or related fields;
OR
M.E./M.Tech. in Geoinformatics / Remote Sensing or related fields, with three years of research experience (see General Condition 6\) after the M.E./M.Tech. degree, and at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI/SCIE) journal.
Desirable:
Experience in climate change vulnerability, risk, and resilience assessment using geospatial techniques.
Proficiency in GIS and remote sensing software (ArcGIS/QGIS, ERDAS Imagine, ENVI, Google Earth Engine) and programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
Experience in processing and analysing satellite and geospatial datasets.
