Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business development, generate new leads, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our transformer business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations/proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
• Achieve sales targets and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends.
• Develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and market share.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Visit clients and travel as required for business development.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electronic transformers, power electronics, or industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications to clients.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good analytical and market research skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
