Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Specialists who want to develop practical experience in sales, marketing, communication, lead generation, and customer engagement.

This is a part-time remote opportunity on a commission basis, suitable for college students, freshers, graduates, and individuals looking for flexible work alongside their studies or other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through social media, personal networks, referrals, and online platforms.
• Promote Altus Education's courses, training programs, internships, and other offerings.
• Communicate with prospective students and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
• Explain program benefits, features, and opportunities to prospective students.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
• Maintain basic records of leads and follow-ups.
• Support marketing campaigns and student outreach activities.
• Achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
• Comfortable communicating with students and prospective customers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Students, freshers, and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation

Commission-Based Earnings

• No fixed monthly salary.
