Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and energetic **Sales Ninja** to join Delco Chefs. This role is ideal for graduates and early\-career professionals who want to build strong sales and customer\-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Introduce customers to Delco Chefs and its services.
• Generate leads and build/manage your sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects and move conversations toward conversion.
• Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations.
• Close sales and ensure smooth customer handovers.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Take ownership of your targets, follow\-ups and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills.
• **English and Hindi are mandatory.**
• Confident, intelligent and customer\-oriented approach.
• Hunger to learn, strong work ethic and resilience.
• Ability to think on your feet and take ownership.
• Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is not mandatory.
