Site Engineer – Electrical **Experience:** 3–5 Years **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Department:** Projects / Electrical **Work Location:** Coimbatore and Surrounding Areas Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Site Engineer – Electrical** to manage and supervise electrical site activities and ensure smooth execution of projects as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in **Electrical, ELV, and Fire Alarm systems**, along with strong skills in site supervision, manpower management, material coordination, billing documentation, and client/consultant coordination. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and execute day\-to\-day **electrical site activities** as per approved drawings and project requirements. * Coordinate and monitor installation works related to **Electrical, ELV, and Fire Alarm systems**. * Ensure all site works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Plan and allocate daily work activities to electricians, technicians, subcontractors, and other site workers. * Manage and monitor **labour productivity, attendance, and work progress**. * Coordinate with the project team, contractors, clients, and consultants for smooth execution of site activities. * Follow up with suppliers and internal teams for **material requirements, deliveries, and availability at site**. * Check received materials and ensure they are properly stored and available as per project requirements. * Prepare and maintain **M\-Sheets / measurement sheets** for billing and work progress documentation. * Assist in preparing **running bills, quantity measurements, and supporting documents** for client billing. * Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule. * Identify site issues, coordinate with the concerned teams, and ensure timely resolution. * Review drawings and coordinate with the design/technical team whenever required. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper execution and workmanship. * Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, material records, and other project documentation. * Coordinate with consultants and attend site meetings when required. * Ensure compliance with **site safety procedures and company standards**. * Support testing, inspection, commissioning, and handover activities wherever required. Required Skills \& Qualifications * Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in **Electrical Engineering** or a related field. * **3–5 years of relevant site experience** in electrical project execution. * Practical knowledge of **Electrical, ELV, and Fire Alarm systems**. * Good understanding of electrical drawings, layouts, BOQ, and site measurements. * Experience in **M\-Sheet preparation and billing documentation**. * Strong manpower and subcontractor management skills. * Good material planning and follow\-up skills. * Strong coordination and communication skills. * Ability to independently handle site activities and resolve execution\-related issues. * Knowledge of MS Excel and basic project documentation. * Willingness to work at project sites and travel based on project requirements. Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience in **commercial buildings, residential projects, industrial projects, MEP projects, or large\-scale electrical installations** will be preferred. **Only candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience will be considered.** Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
