Increase engineering capability in Node.js and React.js while advancing platform modernisation. Accelerate delivery of customer\-facing capabilities through reusable APIs and scalable applications. Reduce dependency on platform\-specific customisations by building integration\-first services. Improve engineering productivity through modern development practices and AI\-assisted tooling. **Requirements** Strong experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong experience building applications using React.js. Experience developing REST APIs and integration services. Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
