South Indian Cuisine Chef **Location:** Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Experience Required:** Minimum 5 years About the Role We are looking for an experienced **South Indian Cuisine Chef** to join our team and lead the kitchen for a new South Indian food concept in Jabalpur. The restaurant’s **signature dish is Benne Dosa**, so strong hands\-on experience in preparing authentic, crisp and flavourful Benne Dosa is essential. Key Responsibilities * Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with consistent taste and quality. * Specialise in **Benne Dosa** and maintain consistency in batter, texture, roasting and presentation. * Prepare dosas, idlis, vadas, uttapams, chutneys, sambar and other South Indian dishes. * Manage daily kitchen preparation and mise en place. * Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food\-safety standards. * Control food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients. * Maintain consistency in portion sizes, taste and presentation. * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. * Assist in developing and standardising recipes and kitchen processes. Requirements * **Minimum 5 years of professional experience** in South Indian cuisine. * Proven experience in preparing **Benne Dosa** is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients. * Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality during high\-volume service. * Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety. * Ability to manage kitchen operations independently. * Experience in a restaurant, hotel or South Indian food outlet preferred.
