Store Manager – Nail Story (City Centre 1, Salt Lake) **Role Overview:** We are seeking a relationship\-driven Store Manager with strong salon management roots to head our outlet at City Centre 1, Salt Lake. This branch caters to a loyal, trend\-conscious neighborhood and college/corporate clientele. The ideal candidate will focus on repeat client retention, local community loyalty, and top\-tier technical quality control. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Relationship \& Appointment Retention:** Build long\-term relationships with regular clientele, handle VIP bookings, and oversee reactivation campaigns for past visitors via WhatsApp and calls. * **Service Standards \& Hygiene:** Supervise technical nail artistry, pedicures, and lash services; ensure strict sterilization standards (autoclaves, disposable kits, clean workstations). * **Staff Coaching \& Morale:** Manage nail artists and technicians, resolve inter\-team bottlenecks, evaluate technical speed vs. quality, and conduct regular morning briefings. * **Target Achievement:** Monitor daily sales billing, track Average Ticket Value (ATV), and motivate the team to achieve weekly/monthly revenue milestones. * **Petty Cash \& POS Billing:** Oversee daily closing reports, register reconciliations, payment gateway settlements, and vendor coordination. **Candidate Requirements:** * Minimum 1\+ years in a supervisory or management capacity within the **salon or beauty industry**. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English. * Strong command of salon CRM systems, appointment management, and customer lifecycle retention. * Deep familiarity with Salt Lake / North\-East Kolkata salon customer expectations is an added advantage.
