**Job Summary:** We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, follow up with leads, and maintain good customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. * Answer customer queries and provide accurate information. * Explain products/services and generate leads. * Follow up with customers and interested prospects. * Maintain call records and update customer information. * Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets. * Handle customer concerns professionally. **Requirements:** * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of English and/or regional languages. * Confident and polite telephone manner. * Basic computer knowledge. * Freshers can apply. **Job Type:** Full\-time **Experience:** Fresher/Experienced **Skills:** Communication, customer handling, convincing skills, and basic computer knowledge.
