We are looking for a performance\-driven **PPC Executive** with hands\-on experience in **Google Ads or Meta Ads**. The candidate should have strong knowledge of **Lead Generation and Affiliate Campaigns**, with a focus on driving conversions and profitable results. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across **Google Ads or Meta Ads**.
• Hands\-on experiecne in **Lead Generation and Affiliate Campaigns**.
• Manage PPC campaigns with **CPA, CPL, and CPS** models.
• Conduct audience, keyword, creative, offer, and landing page testing.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities.
• Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for profitable acquisition.
• Test new GEOs, offers, audiences, and traffic sources.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.

**Requirements:**

• 2–5 years of hands\-on experience in **PPC / Performance Marketing**.
• Strong experience with **Google Ads or Meta Ads**.
• Proven knowledge of **Meta Lead Gen and Affiliate Campaigns**.
• Good understanding of **CPA, CPL, CPS and conversion\-driven campaigns**.
• Strong analytical, optimization, and scaling skills.
• Experience in affiliate marketing/performance marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
