Your Role As a Sales Executive, you will: * Connect with inbound and outbound leads through **phone calls, WhatsApp, and email**. * Understand clients' matrimonial requirements and recommend suitable membership plans. * Present the value and benefits of RishtaSite.com's premium matchmaking services. * Build rapport, establish trust, and maintain professional client relationships. * Handle objections and negotiate effectively. * Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into **paid memberships**. * Work toward and achieve monthly sales targets. * Maintain accurate customer interaction records in **Smart Match**. * Coordinate with the Matchmaking team to provide a smooth onboarding experience. * Stay updated on membership plans, services, and promotional offers. * Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has: * Excellent **English communication skills**, both verbal and written. * Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. * The ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * A positive, confident, customer\-focused, and target\-driven attitude. * Strong objection\-handling abilities. * Good organizational and time\-management skills. * Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. * **Punjabi communication skills are an added advantage.** * Previous sales experience is beneficial; however, motivated candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
