**Job Title** **QA Automation Tester** **Job Details** * **Location:** Gurugram (On\-site only) * **Eligible Candidates:** Gurugram / nearby locations only * **Joining:** Immediate (1–4 days max) * **Employment Type:** Full\-time * **Industry:** Technology, Information \& Internet * **Reporting To:** Project Manager / Delivery Head **Role Overview** * Selenium automation is the **primary responsibility** * Strong manual and regression testing ownership * Handle release\-critical testing and final sign\-offs * Ensure quality, security, and stability of production systems * Work directly with buyers / clients on quality expectations **Automation Testing (Primary – Mandatory)** * Design, build, and maintain **Selenium automation suites** * Execute automation for functional and regression testing * Analyze failures and maintain stable automation frameworks * Manage test data and improve automation coverage * Ensure automation reliability across releases **Manual \& Regression Testing** * Independently handle complex manual testing * Perform deep regression testing before releases * Create high\-quality test scenarios and test cases * Validate fixes and support UAT * Contribute confidently to final release sign\-off **Security \& Risk Testing (Mandatory)** * Validate authentication and authorization flows * Test role\-based access and session security * Identify security vulnerabilities and misconfigurations * Perform security\-focused and penetration\-style testing * Ensure data protection and compliance standards **AI \& Modern QA Tools** * Use AI\-assisted testing tools for efficiency * Improve defect detection and test optimization * Adapt to modern QA platforms and tools **Client / Buyer Collaboration** * Work directly with buyers and stakeholders * Align on acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks * Participate in demos, UAT, and defect triage * Communicate clearly and professionally **Documentation \& Reporting** * Maintain automation reports and execution summaries * Write clear test cases and defect logs * Document security findings with impact analysis * Provide regular and transparent status updates **Must\-Have Skills (Senior Level)** * Strong expertise in **Selenium Automation** * Extensive manual and regression testing experience * Defect tracking using **JIRA** or similar tools * Clean release sign\-off experience * Excellent written and spoken English * High ownership and accountability mindset **Good to Have** * Automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, etc.) * API testing experience * Agile / fast\-paced delivery exposure * Buyer or client\-facing QA experience * Hands\-on use of AI\-driven testing tools * Docker and fast API **Performance Expectations** * High automation coverage with minimal escape defects * Stable regression and security cycles * Reduced release risk and production issues * Strong collaboration with developers and buyers * Continuous improvement in automation quality **Clear Role Commitment** * Own **automation, regression, and security quality end\-to\-end** * Protect sensitive data and reduce release risk * Deliver disciplined, defect\-free releases work from office 6 days an week Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: ₹29,000\.00 \- ₹49,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
