PREP (Preparation) * Attend all grooming checks and visual merchandising activities. * Set up trial rooms and client spaces under Senior Stylist's guidance. * Learn about assigned clients by reading brief notes and observing seniors. PROCESS (Operations) * Assist during CCS stages: client hosting, trial organization, product movement. * Begin independently handling standard clients with simple styling needs. * Maintain studio lifestyle, grooming presence, and service etiquette throughout client visits. POST (Results) * Submit basic client services notes to Senior or Catalyst post\-trial. * Participate in daily reflections: what went right, where improvements needed. * Show readiness for growth into Senior Stylist role by taking ownership on\-floor.
