**Your work profile**

• Design, develop, and implement end\-to\-end Anaplan solutions across multiple project engagements.
• Lead project delivery and ensure successful execution of Anaplan implementations.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders, manage client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Drive sprint planning, solution design, customer demonstrations, and user training sessions.
• Manage project financials, resource planning, recruitment, and team learning \& development initiatives.
• Improve delivery efficiency and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.

**Key skills required**

• 3\-5\+ years of hands\-on experience in Anaplan model development, solution design, and implementation.
• Strong experience in leading end\-to\-end Anaplan projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client\-facing communication skills.
• Proven experience in sprint management, solution workshops, and customer training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, leadership, time management, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience delivering FP\&A (Financial Planning \& Analysis) and Supply Chain Planning use cases on Anaplan.
• Anaplan Solution Architect Certification (mandatory/preferred based on hiring criteria).

Consulting and project management experience will be an added advantage
