1.Telecaller – Real Estate

💰 Salary: ₹10,000–₹14,000/month

🎓 Experience: Fresher–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and make outbound calls.
• Follow up with prospective property buyers.
• Explain project highlights, amenities and basic pricing details.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule property site visits.
• Maintain lead records and coordinate with the sales team.

2.Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive

💰 Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month

🎓 Experience: Fresher–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers and understand their property requirements.

Conduct property site visits and present project details.

Explain floor plans, amenities, pricing and payment options.

Follow up with prospective buyers and nurture customer relationships.

Support negotiations, booking coordination and sales closures.

Assist with local marketing and lead-generation activities.
