Head Chef, Effingut Goa

We are hiring a Head Chef for our flagship Goa outlet.

Effingut is a craft beer brand and proud of it. Our Goa flagship is a 300+ cover brew pub, with great beer at its heart, a full menu, a full bar and a pub that rocks. We need a chef who can feed that crowd well, every night, and make them come back.

What we are looking for

• 12 to 15 years of kitchen experience, with strong multi-cuisine expertise
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Goa (strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to run a high-volume kitchen at 300+ covers without losing consistency
• A menu mindset: dishes that pair well with craft beer and build repeat guests
• Strong on team leadership, costing, hygiene and SOP discipline

• The menu, kitchen team and quality standards for a flagship outlet
• Food cost, wastage and kitchen efficiency
• Building a food reputation that turns first-time visitors into regulars
