Roles \& Responsibilities of a Pre\-Primary Teacher
* **Classroom Management**
* Create a safe, friendly, and engaging classroom environment.
* Maintain discipline using positive and child\-friendly methods.
* Establish daily routines and classroom rules.
* **Teaching \& Learning**
* Plan and conduct age\-appropriate lessons and activities.
* Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, phonics, and vocabulary.
* Use stories, rhymes, songs, games, art, and hands\-on activities to make learning enjoyable.
* Develop children's listening, speaking, reading, and early writing skills.
* **Child Development**
* Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
* Encourage creativity, curiosity, independence, and confidence.
* Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
* **Activity\-Based Learning**
* Organize drawing, colouring, craft, music, dance, role\-play, and outdoor activities.
* Conduct games and activities that improve fine and gross motor skills.
* Introduce children to basic life skills through practical activities.
* **Student Care \& Safety**
* Ensure the safety and well\-being of every child.
* Monitor children during classroom, playtime, meals, and other activities.
* Maintain proper hygiene and encourage healthy habits.
* Handle minor conflicts and emotional situations calmly.
* **Parent Communication**
* Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the child's progress and behaviour.
* Share observations about learning, participation, and development.
* Attend parent\-teacher meetings and address parent concerns professionally.
* **Assessment \& Records**
* Observe and assess children's academic and developmental progress.
* Maintain attendance, assessment records, portfolios, and other required documentation.
* Provide regular feedback on children's progress.
* **Professional Responsibilities**
* Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
* Participate in school events, celebrations, assemblies, and co\-curricular activities.
* Coordinate with other teachers and school management.
* Attend staff meetings and professional development programmes.
* Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and safety procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
