About the Role FPCC is looking for a **hands\-on Software Developer** to develop our customised ERP system for garment manufacturing. **The ERP architecture, workflows and requirements are already defined.** Your role will be to take the specifications and build the system using **Claude / Claude Code and modern development tools**. Key Responsibilities * Develop the ERP according to the existing architecture and specifications. * Use **Claude Code** effectively to build modules and accelerate development. * Convert defined workflows into working applications. * Develop frontend, backend, database and APIs as required. * Build modules for inventory, orders, production, QC, dispatch and reporting. * Test, debug and improve the application. * Fix issues identified during user testing. * Maintain clean and organised code. * Work closely with management to implement requirements and changes. What We Are Looking For * 2–5 years of software/web development experience. * Good programming fundamentals. * Experience with **JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python and SQL** is an advantage. * Comfortable working with databases and APIs. * Experience with **Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools**. * Able to understand an existing architecture and execute specifications accurately. * Good debugging and problem\-solving skills. * Willing to learn our garment manufacturing processes.
