If you enjoy solving problems and working with purpose, Gallagher is the place where you can grow and feel a sense of belonging. **How you'll make an impact*** 3\+ Years of experience in One identity Manager. * Experience in handling complex support related requests related to One identity manager. * Act as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by L1 Team * Experience in providing knowledge transfer and training to Junior staff or other team members. * Create and maintain technical documentation * Good understanding about JML Process, workflows. * Good understanding about RBAC, Dynamic Group concepts. * Incident Management: Experience in solving the issues in mentioned SLA timeline by the client * Good knowledge in SQL * Experience with 1IM tools like Job Queue, report editor, Synchronization Editor. * Ability to bring new ideas and complex technical matters to resolution and display judgment to situations as they arise for projects. Prioritize tasks, meet schedules Self\-motivated with excellent organizational skills * Display analytical skills to complex problems * Display in\-depth knowledge of the underlying technology, assesses user satisfaction and the effectiveness of technology and recommends changes as needed. * Ability to manage small projects for IDM application consumption. Coordinates the work efforts of others toward the timely completion of projects.
