US TRUCKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in US trucking Updates / Track & Trace who can manage the Updates function and team.

Candidates without US trucking experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries & provide timely updates
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery
• Schedule pickup & delivery appointments
• Resolve delays and service issues
• Coordinate with dispatch & operations
• Maintain accurate shipment updates in TMS
