We are looking for an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter to source, screen and onboard qualified Class A CDL drivers for our US trucking operations.

- Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit Class A CDL drivers.
• Screen candidates and conduct phone interviews.
• Manage driver recruitment pipelines and follow-ups.
• Coordinate driver onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations teams.

- Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in US trucking/CDL driver recruitment preferred.
• Hands-on experience recruiting Class A CDL drivers.
• Understanding of driver hiring and onboarding processes.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
• ATS/recruiting software experience preferred.
