Golden Mile Enterprises Inc. is hiring a Load Booking Executive to book quality freight, negotiate competitive rates, and build strong relationships with brokers and shippers. If you're experienced in freight booking and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Load Booking, Freight Brokerage, or Logistics Operations
• Hands-on experience booking loads through DAT or similar freight platforms
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication with brokers and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple loads while maintaining accuracy
• Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and transportation management systems (PCS)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Source and book profitable freight loads
• Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers
• Coordinate load details with dispatch and operations teams
• Maintain accurate load records and booking documentation
• Ensure timely confirmations and effective communication
• Build and maintain long-term broker relationships
• Meet daily booking targets while maximizing profitability
