Senior Technical Assistant – Kochi **Job Summary** We are looking for a **Technical Assistant** to join our technical and maintenance team in **Kochi, Kerala**. The role involves supporting plant machinery inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair activities. The candidate will work closely with the plant and technical teams to ensure smooth and safe operation of machinery and equipment. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the technical team in inspecting and maintaining plant machinery and equipment. * Assist in identifying and troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical issues. * Support the installation, repair, and replacement of machinery parts and equipment. * Assist with preventive and routine maintenance activities. * Coordinate with plant teams during maintenance and technical activities. * Monitor machinery and equipment and report technical issues to the concerned team. * Maintain basic records and reports related to maintenance activities. * Follow safety procedures and technical instructions during plant activities. * Support the technical team at different Green Worms plants in and around Kochi when required. **Requirements** * ITI / Diploma in **Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field**. * **0–1 year of experience** in plant maintenance, machinery, or a related technical role. * Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are also encouraged to apply. * Basic knowledge of plant machinery and maintenance activities. * Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment. * Willingness to travel between Green Worms plants when required. * Good teamwork, coordination, and communication skills. * Ability to follow safety procedures and technical instructions. **Job Type:** Full\-time **Location:** **Kochi, Kerala** **Experience:** 0–1 year **Education:** ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
