* Manage and supervise school bus drivers, attendants, and other transport personnel. * Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, conduct, discipline, and performance. * Ensure all buses are maintained in safe, clean, and roadworthy condition. * Coordinate regular servicing, preventive maintenance, inspections, and breakdown management. * Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all statutory documents, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and other compliance requirements * Conduct regular checks and audits of buses, drivers, attendants, and transport procedures. * Identify operational gaps and implement measures to improve safety, efficiency, service quality, and cost management.
