We are seeking a reliable, professional, and courteous Driver and Valet Attendant to join our hospitality team at Hotel Rio Benaras. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient transportation of our guests and providing seamless valet parking services. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in operating both electric 3\-wheelers and standard 4\-wheelers, and be prepared to work a 12\-hour shift while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
\* Vehicle Operation: Safely drive and operate the hotel's electric 3\-wheelers and 4\-wheelers for guest transport, luggage assistance, and hotel errands.
\* Valet Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with doors and luggage, and safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
\* EV Management: Monitor the battery levels of electric vehicles, ensure they are plugged in for charging during downtime, and maintain basic vehicle cleanliness.
\* Guest Experience: Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all guests, assisting with directions or local recommendations when asked.
\* Shift Duties: Remain alert, professional, and ready to respond to guest transportation and parking requests throughout the entirety of the 12\-hour shift. Qualifications \& Requirements
\* Valid driver's license authorizing the operation of both 3\-wheelers and 4\-wheelers (commercial license preferred).
\* Prior experience driving electric vehicles (EVs) and standard cars.
\* Previous experience in valet parking, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
\* Physical stamina and willingness to work 12\-hour shifts.
\* Clean driving history and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
\* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer\-first mindset.
Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹11,000\.00 per month
